Your branding makes all the difference to being noticed and ensuring you resonate with your target audience.
This service includes business name, logo, brand colour and font options (plus potential add ons).

  • You will be provided with 5-20 business name options for your consideration (number dependent on client brief).

  • You will be provided with 3-10 options of logos, colours and fonts for your consideration (dependent on client brief).

    Each logo option will include three versions - long, stacked and submark (best for social media use).

    • Business card design - $450 ex GST (plus printing costs)

    • Email signature design - $150 ex GST

  • *This package includes 1 hour of client liaison (meetings and other communications). Additional time to be charged at $75 ex GST per hour.

Marketing strategy

Businesses are often so keen to get started that they skip the strategy phase - huge mistake!
Not only will a strategy ensure a solid business foundation but will assist in growth and development.

  • The strategy would include customised information such as:

Branding Photoshoot

A photoshoot gives your brand a unique personality and helps tell your story. Professional images are one thing, but what is best for your brand? This service will include not only the photographer but your marketing specialist.

    • 1 hour photoshoot

      • A location of your choosing

      • Includes a 30 minute marketing planning session prior

      • You will receive approximately 50-100 photos

    • 2 hour photoshoot

      • 1-2 locations of your choosing

      • Includes a 1 hour marketing planning session prior

      • You will receive approximately 100-150 photos

    *Additional meeting time above this to be charged at $75 ex GST per hour.

    • Make up artist - $195 ex GST, which includes travel to you (providing within 30kms of the CBD). 10% surcharge for Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s.

  • *Both photoshoot options will provide high resolution, edited images for you to use with no restriction.

    *Photoshoot will need to be paid for in full prior to taking place.

    *Additional charges may apply for Sundays and Public Holidays.

    *Additional charges may apply if shoot location is more than 30kms from the CBD.

Social media management

Social media is the way of the world these days: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter - the list goes on!
With a fast-paced nature, and ever changing algorithms, focus on what you do best and leave the rest to me.

  • Management of your accounts will include strategy, graphic design, copywriting, hashtag selection and scheduling.

    • OPTION 1: ‘Part-time Plan’

    2 posts and 2 stories per week, plus up to 30 mins communication if required.

    Price - $250 per week

    • OPTION 2: ‘Full-time Formula’

    5 posts and 3 stories per week, plus up to 30 mins communication if required.

    Price - $450 per week

    *Includes bi-monthly analytics report and 15 minute discussion if required.

  • This 6-month content calendar will save you having to come up with new ideas every day.

    These can be created for use across: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • *Additional correspondence time (over what is already included) is charged at $75 ex GST per hour.

    *For organic posts (not ads) - Scheduling software fees don’t apply for Facebook or Instagram. If you require other social media platforms, it will cost an additional $25 per month.

    *50% deposit will be required at time of booking for the social media ad service.

Website creation and design

Various forms of marketing come and go, different social media platforms go in and out of trend, but websites are forever! Make a great first impression when a potential customer or client wants to learn about you.

  • This is the ‘bones’ of the website - it includes the overall layout, including selection of pages, tabs and journey links to navigate through the website.

    Price: $1,500 - 2,500 ex GST (price dependent on complexity of website required).

    *Price dependent on complexity of website, and level of IT assistance required

    *This includes a pre-planning meeting, a presentation meeting once completed, and a round of edits following presentation.

  • This is what brings the website to life.

    Option 1:
    Includes the copywriting and tone, image selection and editing, branding implementation of fonts and colours. Everything that you need to ensure your website is ready to go live!

    Price: $2,500 - 2,800 ex GST (price dependent on complexity of website and therefore content required).

    *This includes a pre-planning meeting, a presentation meeting once completed, and a round of edits following presentation.

    Option 2:
    Copywriting and graphics provided by client, and light copyediting and implementation of all other elements completed by us.

    Price: $1,200 - 1,500 ex GST (price dependent on complexity of website and therefore content required).

    *This includes a pre-planning meeting, a presentation meeting once completed, and a round of edits following presentation.

  • Two options:

    1) A one-time service that focuses on increasing your overall website ranking.

    Price - $600 ex GST

    2) An on-going service that targets specific keywords or groups of keywords, based on search popularity, to increase your website position so you have an increased chance of showing to your potential audience.

    Price - $500 ex GST per month

  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing) allows you to promote your business to the warmest traffic, securing the top search result, and only paying when a prospect clicks on your ad.

    You will know exactly what you're paying for and the results you’ll yield. This means you can scale as fast as you would like.

    Price - $500 ex GST* initial set up of ads, which includes web integration and account set up.

    *The budget you put against the ads is in addition to the initial ad set up costs. Plus there will be a small monthly service fee which will include managing, updating and optimising the ads, as well as reporting of results and other regular recommendations.

  • *Price range is dependent on business size, complexity and scope.

    *Additional time not included in packages is to be charged at $75 ex GST per hour.

    *50% deposit for any website related services will be required at time of booking.

    *Optional extra - Want to learn how to navigate, change and edit your new website on your own? A one hour website lesson is charged at $150 ex GST.

Whilst these days the online space dominates most marketing and communications, there are still some key messages and audiences that are most effectively communicated via traditional forms of marketing.

  • *We can also arrange the printing and distribution of marketing collateral where required, for a small fee.

Electronic Direct Mail (EDM)

In a world of saturated social media, sometimes the best way to communicate with your audience is via email. EDM’s can get right to the heart of what you want to share and leave a longer lasting impression.

  • A strategy based on your business goals and objectives, inclusive of a content calendar (for one audience group) for a 6 month period.

    Price: $1,400 ex GST

    *This package includes a 45 minute pre-strategy meeting to obtain business objectives and other key information.

    *This package includes a 1 hour strategy presentation and Q&A session.

  • The copywriting, graphic design and scheduling of an EDM.

    Price - $150-300 ex GST per EDM (based on word count and complexity of design).

    *Includes up to 15 minute client meeting per EDM.

  • This is an available service, but a quote will be provided following a consultation, due to the large scope of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • *Rate is dependent on:

    • Number and regularity of EDMs (a lower rate offered if multiple are required within a reasonable timeframe)

    • Lead time (a turn around of 72 hours or less will attract a higher per hour rate)

Survey/Feedback Management

Are you clients/customers satisfied? How could your service improve? What would make your business more successful? A proactive practice to obtain regular feedback is critical for retention.

  • A planning meeting is recommended to determine the following:

    • What stakeholders will be most beneficial to survey?

    • What information do you want to learn?

    • What questions will best determine areas for improvement?

    • How frequently should feedback be obtained?

  • A survey strategy will be proposed based on the planning meeting learnings and business needs.

    Services include:

    • Compiling questions

    • Creating survey in software, along with introduction email

    • Upload of database contacts

    • All testing processes

    • Survey reminders

    • Collating results for easy client review and assessment

    • Survey reviews and adjustments as required

  • *If the client does not have an existing Survey Monkey plan, there will be additional software costs required to be paid by client. Costs vary based on requirements and will be provided prior for consideration and approval.

    *Clients have the option to have surveys sent on their behalf, or from Hook & Holla as a confidential third-party provider.

Event Management

Events can be fun, but are they always effective? If your event isn’t planned around a targeted goal, it can be a lot of time and money for not much result. Successful events need strategy and the right person at the helm.

  • Need some help to strategise an event, ensuring that you meet your goals and objectives?

    Or, just wanting to brainstorm the theming and all elements to ensure nothing is missed?

    With experience in over 600 events (corporate, social, weddings, showcases, fundraisers, new product launches), the strategy will include theming, runsheet recommendations, speaker support, catering suggestions, budgeting and more.

    Price - $600 ex GST

  • Coordination of an event prior to the day.

    $75-$120 per hour ex GST, or a set price based on requirements of event and client preference.

  • $120-$150 per hour ex GST or a set price based on requirements of event and client preference.

Human Resources (HR)

If you don’t want to hire someone internally to handle your recruitment, and are already using Hook & Holla for your marketing needs, speak to us about how we can assist with this important aspect of your business.

  • Options include:

    • Job advertisement copywriting

    • Advertisement submitting including screening questions

    • Screening resumes

    • Preliminary phone interviews

    • Face to Face or Zoom interview of shortlisted applicants

    • Second-round interview of final shortlisted applicants (with representative from your organisation if preferred)

    • Job offer, contract creation and correspondence with successful applicant

  • Additional HR services include:

    • 3, 6 or 12 month reviews with staff

  • *Pricing is usually quoted on a per hour rate dependent on:

    • the scope of the role
